Where are your products from?

All of our pieces are designed and made in Manila, Philippines. Our fabrics and materials are carefully curated by our team to create pieces that look amazing and last longer. We keep our prices fair and practicable so you can enjoy them for everyday wear.

Are your items pre-order?

Most of our pieces are made upon order.

Do you have ready-made items?

Yes! When the fabric is laid out for cutting, some parts are just about enough for certain sizes so we make them already. You may send us a message via Instagram: @shopnita to inquire.

Ordering

How to order?

You can browse and shop through our website. When you find something you like, choose your size, quantity, and then click ADD TO CART. Go to CHECKOUT when you’re ready to pay for your order.

 

Enter your complete details: Name, Email, Mobile and Address (Please include your Barangay, City, and Province). Choose your preferred payment and shipping method. Click CONTINUE then COMPLETE ORDER.

 

An Order Confirmation email will be sent together with the payment details. Kindly settle payment within 2 days. Once a valid proof of payment is sent to us, a Payment Confirmation email will be sent to you after.

I placed an order. How soon can you finish my order?

We start working on your order/s following confirmation of your payment. We try our best to ship your order within 3 to 7 working days from payment confirmation.

I already paid, do I need to send a valid proof of payment to process my order?

Yes. If you have not sent a valid proof of payment to us that means your order is not yet included in our production queue.

Payment

What are your payment methods?

We currently accept payments through bank deposit or online transfer to our BDO, BPI, and Gcash accounts, and credit card payment via PayPal.  

How to process payment?

Here are the steps:

  1. Choose any of the payment methods provided upon check out.
  2. For BDO, BPI, and Gcash, make the payment via online transfer or deposit over-the-counter.
  3. Send a screenshot or photo of proof of payment with your order # to shopnitaph@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram: @shopnita.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, credit card payments are accepted via PayPal.

How long from placing orders do I need to make payment to secure my order?

We grant a strict 24-hour window for payment after placing an order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after this timeframe. No extensions.

Shipping

Where will my order come from?

Pasig City in Metro Manila, Philippines.

How much will shipping cost?

For Metro Manila:

Php 100 fee via Gogo express.

 

For Outside Metro Manila:

Php 200 via Gogo express. For areas not serviceable, we use J&T.

 

Free shipping on orders Php3,000 and up.

How long is the delivery time?

Shipping usually takes 2 - 3 days for Metro Manila, and 3 - 5 days for provincial delivery from time of parcel pick-up.

 

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather and other events outside of our control. As we have no control over your package once it leaves our office and is scanned by the courier, we are only able to assist you in tracking and following up your parcel.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Client may request for personal booking of order. A schedule would be provided for personal bookings once the order is ready for pick up. Client will be in charge of booking.

Do you have free delivery?

Yes! Free Delivery starts for orders over Php3,000.

Exchanges

Do you allow size exchanges? 

Yes! Size exchange requests should be made within 2 days starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for size exchange, items must be:

  • in their original condition
  • unused
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • undamaged
  • with tags still on

Items bought at a discount or on sale are final and cannot be exchanged.

How do I exchange an order?

Please send us an email at shopnitaph@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Name
  2. Contact number
  3. Order number
  4. Reason for return

We will send a confirmation email within 48 hours to inform you of the status of your request.

How do you process an exchange?

Once we validate your exchange request, you are given 7 days from this time to return the item. To ensure a smooth exchange, kindly check that the item/s meet our conditions of eligibility above.

 

We reserve the right to refuse damaged items or items that don't meet our exchange conditions. Buyers shoulder the return shipping fee for ineligible items.

Who shoulders the shipping for exchanges?

Buyer will shoulder the shipping fees for the return and replacement items. Please note the cost of the shipping fee is a separate fee and does not count towards shopping credits.

Do you allow exchanges due to change of mind?

Under Republic Act 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), a change of mind does not entitle the customer for a refund, return and/or exchange.

What if the size I want as replacement is no longer available?

We issue shopping credits that do not expire and can be used in any item in our shop. Shopping credits can only be used ONCE. The FULL amount must be used at checkout.

 

Please note the cost of the shipping fee is a separate fee and does not count towards shopping credits. 

Do you offer refunds or allow returns?

No. We only allow size exchanges.

Can I exchange an item I bought on sale?

Orders placed during a storewide sale or items tagged as "Sale" cannot be exchanged.

Care

How to care for our NITA pieces?

We choose our fabrics carefully and each weave is unique.

Here are tips to make your NITA pieces last longer:

  • Gentle or hand wash in cold water with like-colors.
  • Use gentle detergent.
  • Avoid wringing and hang dry.
  • Light iron or steam.
